FDMERGE possible error return codes:
00001 - Error occurred while uploading/posting ASCII text report from iSeries IFS file to IIS server.
00002 - Error occurred while copying HTTP results from ASCII to EBCDIC after post.
00003 - Loop through HTTP results of post failed. Error must have occurred during upload.
00004 - FormDocs merge process failed.
00005 - Error occurred while copying HTTP results from ASCII to EBCDIC after FormDocs Merge.
00006 - Loop through HTTP results of FormDocs merge failed. Error must have occurred during merge.
00007 - Download of final merged document from IIS server to IFS file failed.
