Problem:

For the Spool File Name, User Data or other Extended Criteria I can only enter 9 characters ?

Solution:

In order to enter 10 characters in any of the extended criteria fields the default blank space must first be deleted from each of the extended critieria fields. We always default a single blank space because the access database we use doesn't like NULL characters.
