Getting multiple copies of reports from a particular output queue

Problem:

The users are using the Extended Report Selection with the Email Report Server and after adding a bunch of new entries some users are getting multiple copies of certain reports.

Solution:

This problem can happen Extended Report Select criteria has been entered for an email recipient, but the Use Extended Report Select setting has not been enabled. Anytime an output queue is used with Extended Report Select criteria each user entry must have the Use Extended Report Select setting enabled. If any email recipient entries have this setting disabled they will get a copy of all reports in the output queue.
