Problem:
HTTP Error 404- File or Directory not found when trying to access the login page

Solution:
Check the RJSIMAGE library to see if all the objects are there.
WRKOBJPDM RJSIMAGE.
Sometimes a syncing application can purge files from the library if improperly configured.
