How to omit page headers and footers when printing an HTML report

Problem:

I do not want to see page header and footer information when printing a report from Internet Explorer (IE).

Solution:

Go into the "File/Page Setup" option in Internet Explorer and remove all text from the Header and Footer fields and save the setting.
