• Are all required programs installed?
• Is it licensed?

To see what commands and responses are being passed between the RJSOFFICE library and the Office Integrator PC Component, you can look at the following two files in the QTEMP library:

DSPF FILE(QTEMP/FPTCMD)
DSPF FILE(QTEMP/FPTLOG)

Keep in mind that QTEMP goes away when that job ends. If an error message appeared on the PC, leave it open; the connection must still be open for these files to persist.

Another way to track down connection logs is to run a WRKOBJLCK command on the OS/400 user profile being used:

WRKOBJLCK OBJ(USER)  OBJTYPE(*USRPRF)

This will show you all jobs for that user, including all connections that have been made with that profile. You will see the FTP jobs listed in this screen.

Note that the same rule applies: the job must still exist for there to be anything in QTEMP.
