The basic prequisites for installing the Workflow engine on iSeries are:

OS/400 V5R1

Java 1.4 (see Installing JDK 1.4 on R510 of IBM OS/400)

Tomcat

Creating workpieces in RPG programs requires the use of the QIBM_RPG_JAVA_PROPERTIES environment variable. The enabling PTF that corresponds to each OS/400 release level is:
