Instructions to install WinSpool/400 V4R3 patch from the web

The steps to update the WinSpool/400 library to handle the changes for V4R3 are:

RNMOBJ OBJ(QGPL/WINSPOOL) OBJTYPE(*LIB) NEWOBJ(WINSPOOLV1)

Go to web site www.rjssoft.com, download page, software updates and patches section, download WinSpool/400 V4R3 fix. Run the executable (this creates a c:/pcsinst directory with the file pcsinst.lib)

Go to the WinSpool95 Program Group, execute the FTP library install library option

ADDLIBLE WINSPOOL
WRKOBJ OBJ(WINSPOOL/*ALL) OBJTYPE(*DTAARA)
Delete the following data areas from WINSPOOL library:
WINSPTCP
WSPBSRV
WSPESRV
WRKOBJ OBJ(WINSPOOLV1/*ALL) OBJTYPE(*DTAARA)
Copy the following data areas from WINSPOOLV1 library back into WINSPOOL
WINSPTCP
WSPBSRV
WSPESRV
WSPLOS LISTLEN(88)
RMVLIBLE WINSPOOL
