License Error with WinSpool products

Problem:
ERROR: ERROR: XXXXXXX Report Server not licensed for AS/400 system XXXXXXX -or- your AS/400 user id/password has expired and needs to be changed -or- your AS/400 FTP server is not running.
Solution:
1. If this is a message in the log file, then enable the "Display Error Messages", which can be found under File/Settings. This will display additional information.
2. Run the command WINSPOOL/PRDINFO on the AS/400 to verify the Serial Number/Model Number/LPAR of your AS/400 to the email that RJS provides with access codes.
3. Double check to make sure the access codes were entered correctly. Use the DSPDTAARA command on the AS/400 to check the appropriate data areas. Many time the access code is truncated if the access code is copied and pasted incorrectly.
