Line skipping at the bottom of a report page appears to be incorrect when report is converted

Problem:
The customer sent us a sample report that had a Line Skip in the last line of the report. This causes the converter not to space correctly on the last line of the report. Blanks lines were missing prior to the last line of the report.

Solution:
Print a blank line after the last line of the report so spacing occurs correctly or contact RJS if this is a high priority issue.
For now this has been put on the low priority list of fixes. If this is a problem for a large number of customers we will make it a high priority fix, but the problem has only been reported once since 1996.
