Problem:
MAPI_E Failure or Unspecified Failure when Sending Mail using Groupwise
Solution:
1.) If the user is using the Microsoft Exchange/Windows Messaging with Windows 95A release, they may need to download the Windows Messaging update from the Microsoft Web Site.
2.) Another thing that can happen is that the Groupwise Message Store may not be set up as the default mail delivery location for Windows Messaging. Groupwise will appear to send mail just fine, but MAPI based applications won't work correctly. To fix this, do the following:
Start Windows Messaging or go to the Inbox icon on the Windows desktop and start Windows Messaging.
When the main screen is shown, select the "Tool/Options" menu to display the Options screen.
Click the Delivery tab.
Select the "Groupwise Message Store" for the "Deliver Mail to the following location:" option and Apply the settings.
