Problem:

MSMAPI.VBX problems starting Email Report Server 16-Bit on Windows NT using Novell GroupWise 4.1

Solution:

If a user happens to be running GroupWise 4.1 on Windows NT, they have to use the 16-Bit version of the Email Report Server unless they have an SMTP Server available for handling Internet email. They also need to copy the GroupWise MAPI.DLL file from the C:\WINNT\SYSTEM directory to the C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32 directory.
