Problem:

Apparently this problem can happen if the user is running MS Exchange and Outlook 98 or Outlook 2000 with the security updates.

To prevent worm viruses, such as the ILOVEYOU virus, from quickly spreading, Microsoft has restricted features that can potentially be used to write virus in Outlook.

Solution:

Start Outlook Express and then select "Tools/Options/Security". Then uncheck "Warn me when other applications try to send mail as me."
