Problem:

MS Exchange/Unspecified Failure occurs while sending a report via the WinSpool/400 Email Report Server using MS Exchange

Solution:

This particular problem was caused because the outlook mailbox was full.

Delete some of the sent mail or have the administrator up the limit on the mailbox size.
