Manually Installing the View Archived Reports Program on a Individual PC

Some customers are choosing to run the View Archived Reports program on individual PC's instead of running the program from a network drive. The startup time over the network in some cases can appear to be slower than when running the program locally.

If you are going to run the View Archived Reports function on each PC, do the following steps. We don't currently have a standalone install program for just the View Archived Reports utility:

1.) Create the C:\WSPBATCH directory on the user PC.

2.) Copy the following files from your production WSPBATCH directory to each of the PC's:

WSPBVIEW.EXE COMPPLUS.DLL MSAJT112.DLL MSAJT200.DLL SSDATA2.VBX THREED.VBX VBDB300.DLL VBOA300.DLL VBRUN300.DLL

3. Create a desktop icon pointing to the "View Archived Reports" program (WSPBVIEW.EXE) and then make sure the settings point to the database and files on the network.
