Netscape 7 will only allow me to save file attachments. I cannot launch them from my Netscape 7 mailbox

Problem:
Trying to view PDF files created with the RJS email products with Netscape 7 and when clicking on PDF attachments they can only save the attachments. Netscape will not launch the Acrobat viewer.

Solution:
In Netscape 7, go to the "Edit/Preferences/Navigator/Helper Applications" area and click the "Reset" button for the "Opening files" setting. The next time a PDF file is launched, the user will be prompted to select Adobe Acrobat as the helper application.
