No Recipients Selected error from the Email Report Server

Problem:

When we use the MAILRPT command, we are receiving a "No Recipients Selected" error from the Email Report Server

Solution:

Make sure the user has not created their own program named: "MAILRPTR". The command processing programs for the MAILRPT command are MAILRPTC and MAILRPTR. If a user program with the same name gets into the user library list, the user version of MAILRPTC or MAILRPTR might get picked up instead of the version in the WINSPOOL library. If this happens, no email recipient information will be written to the MAILRPT work file MLRPT00.
