Problem:

WinSpool/400 Email Report Server is being used to email reports using Lotus Notes. In File > Settings the Use Lotus Notes OLE Email setting is checked. The MAPI/VIM32 Mail User/Password is correct, with user being set to User/Domain. We receive the following error in the log when WinSpool/400 Email Report Server is run.

Solution:

Download and install RJS Lotus Notes OLE Mail API. WinSpool/400 Email Report Server uses some extra functions that are unavailable without this API update.
