Problem:

OLE Automation Server Cannot Create Object Most Likely the WinSpool/400 RTF Report Convertor OLE Server program (RTFMT32.EXE) is not loaded on the PC.

Solution:

This error can occur if the WinSpool/400 32-Bit RTF Report Convertor Software is not loaded on the PC and the RTF Conversion setting has been enabled on the Email Report Server settings screen.

Load the 32-Bit WinSpool/400 RTF Report Convertor software on the PC and try restarting the Email Report Server software or disable the RTF Conversion setting on the settings screen.
