Problem:

1. If user is getting "Errors Occurred During File Transfer" when using Office Integrator and DOCIMGPRT. The process used to work until they reloaded the PC with Win XP. Running RUNQRY () QTEMP/FTPLOG gave us "500 permission denied"

2. If User is getting

Errors occurred while printing document Errors occurred while printing imaging document PC command error: 500 500 Image document printing error : 13 type mismatch

in the joblog when using Office Integrator and DOCIMGPRT.

Solution:

1. The printer in DOCIMGPRT was written in all caps but the printer on the PC only had the first letter capitol (ex. LEXMARK instead of Lexmark). The printer name is case-sensitive.

2. Office Integrator and RJS Doc Image Viewer were at the latest version but the RJSIMAGE library was 2 years old. There was a problem with the old RJSIMAGE communicating with the new version of the PC software. We downgraded the PC software and that fixed everything.
