Problem:
Problem Logging into Lotus Notes. Error -983018 was received

Solution:
The user had a non Lotus Notes version of VIM32.DLL in the C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory. We renamed the old VIM32.DLL and now our products find the correct version of the VIM32.DLL in the C:\NOTES directory.
