Problem with IE and Mozilla loading WebDocs pages

Problem:

Problem with Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox having issues loading page for WebDocs

Solution:

Check to see if user is using a Proxy. If so, disable the setting so the browser is no longer using a proxy to see if this is the problem.

Internet Explorer Go to Tools / Internet Options / Connections / LAN Settings / Advanced

Edit > Preferences > Advanced > Proxies
