Problems Running WinSpool/400 95/NT

If you are experiencing problems with the WinSpool/400 95/NT software not loading correctly, you should take the following steps to insure all the system files are loaded correctly and the OCX custom controls have been registered correctly within Windows 95/NT.

1. Install the WinSpool/400 95/NT software on the C: drive of the selected PC.

2. After running setup, the files listed below should be found in the C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory:

3. After running setup, the files listed below should be found in the C:\WINSPL32 directory:

4. To insure all the OCX custom controls have been registered correctly, run each of the following steps from the DOS command line:

REGSVR32.EXE  C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\COMCTL32.OCX
REGSVR32.EXE  C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\COMDLG32.OCX
REGSVR32.EXE  C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\EMEDIT32.OCX
REGSVR32.EXE  C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\TABCTL32.OCX
REGSVR32.EXE  C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\THREED32.OCX
