Problem:

Problems installing DataImport Software from RJS CD

Solution:

If customer has a CD from RJS dated 10/1/2000 or older, the CD contains an older version of the DataImport demo software.

If you receive an error similar to the following, you can download the latest version of the DataImport software from the following web link: ftp://ftp.spaldingsoft.com/diwtd.exe

Possible installation error messages:

  • Invalid command line parameters unable to continue.
  • VB 6.0 Setup Toolkit errors. Runtime error 5.
  • Visual Basic 6.0 Setup Toolkit errors. Runtime error 5.
