Problem:

Having problems with Domino Report Server/400 after Domino Server Upgrade to X.X.X. Domino Report Server is not adding reports to the Domino

Solution:

Changed the QNOTES user profile to have *SPLCTL and *ALLOBJ authority.

Also make sure that the old version of the Domino Server is no longer on the system.
