Problem:
Problems with Groupwise and Windows 98

Solution:
The user upgraded from Windows 95 to Windows 98 and was getting MAPI errors when starting an email session. After checking, they had a version of MAPI.DLL dated 7/95. We had them install the Windows Messaging update from the Windows 98 CD and that resolved the problem. To install Windows messaging from the Windows 98 CD, go to the "/tools/oldwin95/message/us" subdirectory and click on "WMS.EXE". This will install Windows Messaging as well as the updated MAPI.DLL file.
