Installing RJS Imaging OCR/ICR

If you have a question or seek clarification, please call Technical Support.

Please follow these instructions carefully to install RJS Imaging OCR/ICR. If you experience any difficulties, you can refer to RJS Imaging OCR/ICR's Troubleshooting page or contact Technical Support.

NOTE: If you are installing on Windows Server 2003 please read these instructions first.

This software must be present prior to running the RJS Imaging OCR/ICR installation. There are no software products from RJS that must be present in order for this product to work as designed. There is no upgrade necessary after installation. There are no optional software products for this application.

Installation

These instructions install version 1.0.7 of RJS Imaging OCR/ICR

Step 1: Download

Download RJS Imaging OCR/ICR from RJS.

Username = *********
Password = ***********

Step 2: Begin Install

As an Administrator, run rjsscansoftocrsetup.exe. You will be presented with the WinZip Self-Extractor message. Select Setup to install the utility.

Step 3: Confirm

You will be presented with a Welcome message. Click Next to continue the installation process.

Step 4: Select Destination

You will be prompted to select a destination directory. Either click Next to accept the default installation directory or choose the desired destination directory.

Step 5: Install

You will be prompted to begin the actual installation. Click Next to install the product.

Step 6: Finish

You will be presented with an installation success message. Click Finish to close installer.
