We can provide you with temporary access codes to ensure that your company's production is not hindered while you complete the process below.

The Change Out Request procedures allow any customers that carry an active maintenance contract to request a change in their permanent access codes for their iSeries or PC Systems. RJS Software Systems asks that all customers intending to submit a request for new access codes follow the procedures below.

Requirements

The following requirements must be met before new permanent access codes will be issued. A 30-day temporary access codes will be available for customers as they work to meet the requirements.

Note: PC products that have a site license do not require a Change Out Request. Contact Technical Support if you have a question.

Maintenance

RJS Software Systems requires that all customers maintain an active maintenance contract in order to receive any new access codes, product updates or technical support.

Original System

RJS Software Systems requires that permanently licensed software be removed from the original system or partition before a new permanent access code may be produced for the new system or partition.

Change Out Request Forms

RJS Software Systems requests that you complete a Change Out Request Form that states which system or partition will have its RJS Software products removed and to which system or partition they will be restored.

Please note that you will need to know specific information about your original system and new system to complete the Change Out Request Forms below.
