Problem:
User is having troubles uploading documents into Webdocs - iSeries Edition. The user typically sees no error message in the browser, but the documents cannot be located within the interface. They do in most cases exist on the IFS. The joblog entries are as follows:

Solution:
In the several cases of users experiencing this, they were all using versions of Microsoft's Internet Explorer browser that were prior to version 5.5. Users must be using a version of Internet Explorer of at least 5.5 or another browser for correct functionality.
