RPTMON command bombs if called more than once within the same program

Problem:

The user was calling the RPTMON command with the *ONCE option multiple times within the same program and the program was bombing the second time around when trying to create user space RPTMONUSP in library QTEMP.

Solution:

The user needs to manually delete the RPTMONUSP user space from QTEMP prior to calling RPTMON again within the same job stream.
