Reports dont show up in report list in WinSpool 98 though there are reports in the selected output queue

Problem:

Reports are not showing up in the report list within WinSpool 98 even though there are reports in the selected output queue

Solution:

Check for bad data being placed into the user data field for the reports, making it so the report list is not being correctly downloaded, therefore no reports are mailed for the selected output queue. After fixing the user data, the problem should go away.
