Problem:

During the Rich Text Forms installation you get an error "Wrong version of CTL3D32.DLL. What causes this error?

Solution:

This can happen if a Windows NT version of CTL3D32.DLL gets installed on a Windows 95 PC. The proper version of the CTL3D32.DLL can be copied from another Windows 95 PC, thus resolving the problem.
