Problem:

How do I save my Email Report Server settings when I install an ERS upgrade?

Solution:

Prior to installing the new Email Report Server software make backup copies of the following files in the C:\WSPESR32 directory: WSPESR32.INI and WSPESR32.MDB. After you have installed the new software, copy these files back to the C:\WSPESR32 directory.
