Problem:
The following error occurs when running the output queue monitor (NTSMON) after upgrading from Domino 5.0 to Domino V6.03 on their AS/400 system.
Apparently Domino 6.03 allows the AS/400 library to be named something other than QNOTES. In this customer's situation the new Domino library was named: QDOMINO603.
Member NTS01 file NTS01 in QTEMP cleared. CPYOKY: Report has been copied to file: /RJSTEMP/REPORT.RTF. Adding report to database REPORTS/TLD.NSF. Library QNOTES already exists in library list. Library QSYS2 already exists in library list. Data area DOM400 exists in QTEMP. File DOMOUT in library QTEMP already exists. File DOMOUT not created in library QTEMP. File DOMERR in library QTEMP already exists. File DOMERR not created in library QTEMP. Service program QNNINAPI not found. Error found on NTSDOMCMD command. NTSERR: Errors occurred while copying report to Lotus Domino Database. Errors occurred while processing spool file in NTSMONC2, use DSPJOBLOG to check for causes.
Solution:
To solve this problem, the customer must upgrade to the Domino Report Server/400 library V1.54 or above.
The Domino library (QNOTES or QDOMINO603) must also be in the users's library list when running the NTSMON output queue monitor command.
Verify the name of the Domino library (i.e. QDOMINO605 for Domino version 6.0.5), make sure this library is added to their library list.
Both QNOTES and the QDOMINO651 need to be added to the library list of the user running the NTSMON command. The service program QNNINAPI is apart of the QDOMINOXXX library.
