Setting Default Index Values with Scan Workstation

Method 1: Scan Launcher
The RJS Imaging Scan Workstation Launcher is a program that can be used to launch the RJS Imaging Scan Workstation software with default values for OCR Zone File, Document Type, Folder, Title and the ten document index keys.

Example command line:
"C:\PROGRAM FILES\RJSIMGSCAn\rjsscanlaunch1.exe" C:\ZONEINDEX.NXP~Doc Folder~Doc Type~Doc Title~Key1~Key2~Key3~Key4~Key5~Key6~Key7~Key8~Key9~Key10

Method 2: Text Files
Alternative to Scan Launcher:
Required setting in the General tab of Scan Workstation:
[Checked] Clear Index Fields After Check-In [Checked] Enable Index Defaults
For every index value, create an equivolent .txt files in the main installation folder (C:\Program Files\RJSIMGSCAN by default)
Index 1 = IndexValues3.txt Index 2 = IndexValues4.txt Index 3 = IndexValues5.txt
etc....
Within the file, set your desired value name, with ~DEFAULT to set it as default. Example:
Hello~DEFAULT
If they just want the last-added keys kept, simply disable the two settings above in the General tab.
