Setting Email Report Server/400 to Send Messages to QSYSOPR if the Output Queue Monitor Cannot Send a Report

To enable system operator error reporting, run the following command: 

RJSERS/ ERSMSGQ OPTION(*SET) MSGQ(QSYSOPR) LIB(QSYS)

To display error messages sent by the output queue monitor, use the following command: 

DSPMSG MSGQ(QSYSOPR)
