Problem:
Subprocedure SetEnv could not ChDir to NOTES/DATA. The error code is 3025

Solution:
This error can occur for a few reasons: 1. If the NOTES/DATA directory doesn't exist this error can occur. 2. If the user forgot to put a forward-slash (/) at the beginning of the "Data Directory" entry in the "Edit Report Distribution Settings" screen. Example: /NOTES/DATA
