System Error 31: Unable to create ODBC Data Source with Windows 98

Problem:
When installing the iSeries Office Integrator PC Server Component the user gets the following error on Windows 98:
"The setup routine for the Microsoft Text Driver (*.txt; *.csv) ODBC Driver could not be loaded due to system error code 31"
Once the user clicks the OK button they then get the error:
"Divers config DSN, config driver, or config translator failed. Could not load setup or translator library"

Solution:
Download and install from the RJS web site.
Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) http://www.rjssoftware.com/FILES/mdac_typ.exe
Once installed the user should be able to create the ODBC Data Source.
