Problem:

THREED.VBX is out of date

Solution:

It's possible the version of THREED.VBX in the WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory is older than the version in the WINVIEW directory. Rename the THREED.VBX in the WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory and copy the version of THREED.VBX from the WINVIEW directory to WINDOWS\SYSTEM.
