Problem:
You are running Windows 98 and hasn't used WinSpool for a while. When he tried to run the program, he got an error loading custom control THREED32.OCX.

Solution:
You may be missing the file MFC40.DLL in the WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory. This can be determined by going to the DOS prompt and attempting to register the THREED32.OCX file using REGSVR32.EXE. The registration process failed.
You should download the current Visual Basic 5.0 (SP3) runtime files and install them on the PC and then use the "Manually Register OLE Servers" option from the WinSpool 95 program group to register all OLE servers, including THREED32.OCX. This should resolve the problem and WinSpool 95 should now work just fine.
