Weekend Technical Support - Premium Support Plan -
Premium Support Customers will enjoy an extended business week that offers standard technical support Sunday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Standard Time.
Premium Support Customers should contact RJS Technical Support Staff through the Premium Customer Care telephone number provided to them after enrollment in the Premium Support Plan.
Priority-One Support - Premium Support Plan –
Premium Support Customers will have emergency access to the RJS Technical Support Staff 24 hours per day, 7 days per week – including Holidays. If there is an emergency, Premium Support Customers should contact RJS Technical Support Staff through the Premium Customer Care phone number provided to them after enrollment in the Premium Support Plan.
