Problem:
The test merge failed with error code -2147352567

Solution:
- In the form go to File > Template Properties and check the "Add a File-Cabinet to form files created with this template". This should only be a problem if its a multiple page form.
- Make sure the fill field is defined correctly.
Example: User has defined a fill field, but forgot to set the field in the text layer as a barcode.
