Problem:

Unable to Log On to FTP Server: 0

Solution:

Start the FTP server on the AS/400 STRTCPSVR SERVER(*FTP)

or

Disable Windows Firewall. If user doens't want to disable the firewall, make sure FTP is not disabled.
