Unable to load DLL when installing DataImport ver 4.0 or ver 5.0

Problem:

In mid 1999, there was a new release of a popular application that after it's installation was completed it inadvertently left a setup.exe, a setup0.exe, or a setup1.exe file in the C:\Windows\System directory with an internal date (another no-no). The installation routine should have deleted these files at the end of installation.

Solution:

Spalding Software changed their installation routine to work around this problem. Delete the setup.exe files the from C:\Windows\System directory before installing DataImport. Or install a newer version (see here)
