Problem:

Unable to log in to Workflow Web Service. This issue happens with the IP address in the .NET Client doesn't match the server address.

Solution:

Press OK -> Cancel -> File -> Settings -> Change IP address to match.

Also make sure the local PC has the correct runtimes.
