Problem:
The "Unmonitored Error 438 Object doesn't support this property or method Trace point 1445" error can occur if the customer has WinSpool installed but the WinSpool/400 Text Converter is too old.

Solution:
Install the latest update for the Text Converter. It is called WinSpool/400 Report Reformat Utility Update and is grouped with the downloads for WinSpool Report Download.
