Problem:

Unmonitored Error 53 - File not found - Trace point 4400 received when downloading a report with the Batch Report Server

Solution:

Have the user blank out and re-enter the "Output File Prefix" field on the "Edit Output Directory List" screen. If the user somehow enters bad data into the grid, such as an invisible CR/LF (Carriage Return/Linefeed), this can cause a problem when we try to build the file name at run time and then try to do a File Copy to the appropriate directory. Because the file name contains bad characters the file copy routine fails with an error 53 at trace point 4400. Note: Also make sure that users don't use the Enter key when working in the grids. They should use the arrow keys, mouse or the tab keys.
