Problem:
Unmonitored Error Type Mismatch

Solution:
This is usually caused by a NULL value entered in one of the fields such as the password field. The password field is a common one to cause problems.
On any database entry fields that are blank, make sure to go through and insure there is a blank space in the field even if it shouldn't be filled in.
We normally default a blank space in the fields, but sometimes the data entry process can blank them out. Simply cursor to the blank field and type a space in the field to insure there in not a NULL value in the field.
