Problem:

Unmonitored error at tracepoint 4531 in Batch Report Server V2.5.x. They are also using the Lotus Notes Report Server.

Solution:

The Lotus Notes Report Server license was expired. We gave them a new Lotus Notes Report Server license key and all is working now.
