Unmonitored error 3265

Problem:

I have installed Email Report Server V3.0 and am getting the following error - "Unmonitored error 3265, Item not found in collection, trace point 509."

Solution:

It appears that the user has installed the new version 3.0 Email Report Server program, but is getting an error because they are trying to refer back to the old Email Report Server V2.0 settings database WSPESRV.MDB. The error 3265 is telling us that the Email Report Server tried to refer to a field that does not exist in the settings database.

They need to either use the new WSPESR32.MDB settings database or send their V2.0 settings database WSPESRV.MDB to RJS Software Systems so that we can convert it to the V3.0 format for them
